Family Voice Sheffield’s project ‘Families in Lockdown’ has supported women to process their experiences of lockdown through discussion and art making.

Starting with one-to-one sessions where women were able to share their stories with someone they trust, they then worked in groups to discuss key words and images that represent COVID to them. The final stage of the project has been the opportunity for women to make clay tiles, with a local volunteer clay-maker, to brighten up the entrance of the community centre where Family Voice is based.
